To register a bajj88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. You must update your information promptly if any detail changes.
• You must not currently hold another active or suspended bajj88 Account.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

bajj88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to state a reason.

Upon registration, bajj88 may require you to complete a Verification process before you may deposit, withdraw, or access certain features. Failure to complete Verification within the period specified by bajj88 may result in account restrictions or closure.

All financial transactions on the bajj88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in the majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, bajj88 will endeavour to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to applicable Verification requirements being met. Standard processing times apply unless you qualify for a priority tier (Gold, Platinum, or Black Diamond VIP).
• bajj88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• bajj88 does not charge internal transaction fees, but your payment provider may apply their own service charges. bajj88 is not responsible for third-party fees.
• All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

bajj88 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

bajj88 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed on each promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the period stated in the promotion. Unused or incomplete bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute less than 100% (or zero) toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While wagering bonus funds, a maximum bet restriction applies as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal sequencing: Where a member holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Funds are typically used first. Bonus Funds are released for use once Real Funds are depleted, subject to applicable wagering conditions.

bajj88 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event that a bonus has been credited as a result of a technical error, bajj88 reserves the right to reverse the credit.

Systematic exploitation of promotions (so-called "bonus abuse") — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the bajj88 Platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and all other products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be reversed once the relevant game round or event has commenced.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, typographical errors, or technical faults that result in clearly erroneous game outcomes — bajj88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's Account.
• For sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not take place as scheduled, bajj88's event-specific rules will determine whether bets are voided or settled under alternative conditions. These rules are published within each sport's betting section.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by product and by member tier.
• bajj88 reserves the right to restrict betting limits on individual markets or for individual members at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Game outcomes for all RNG-based products (slots, virtual games, instant-win games) are determined by certified random number generator software. bajj88 does not influence individual game outcomes.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and standard game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer outcome, the recorded video feed of the game session constitutes the definitive record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajj88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any Verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or game mechanics in a manner not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity using the Platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to the Platform through your payment provider without the prior consent of bajj88.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Where bajj88 determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has engaged in prohibited conduct, bajj88 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the member's Account.
• Void all bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct.
• Withhold and forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
• Retain Real Funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or criminal activity.
• Report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

bajj88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account dashboard.
• Session time alerts: Receive notifications when your active session reaches a duration you have pre-specified.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, bajj88 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing your Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from bajj88.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the bajj88 brand name, logo, or other intellectual property in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without bajj88's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajj88's total liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajj88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bajj88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bajj88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bajj88 reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational requirements without prior notice.

bajj88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game-specific information. All betting decisions are made at your own risk.

If you have a complaint relating to your Account or any transaction, you should contact the bajj88 support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

bajj88 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days of receipt. Complex disputes may require additional time; bajj88 will keep you informed of progress.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in your jurisdiction. bajj88 will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate escalation process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

bajj88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Where a material amendment is made, bajj88 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to active members via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available Real Funds Balance.

bajj88 also reserves the right to update individual game rules, promotion terms, payment method availability, and other operational parameters without these constituting amendments to the main Terms, provided that such updates are communicated via the relevant section of the Platform.
